COD Orders
COD orders are accepted for German and EU customers.


14-Day Money Back Guarantee:
14 Day period begins when customer receives the products. The Money Back Guarantee refers to only musical instruments and not for accessories, books or instructional CD or DVDs.

If, within 14 days of having received your product, you find that it does not suit your needs; you may return it for a full refund. Santoori.com will refund the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping / handling costs. This does not apply if the product has been altered or damaged.

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we strongly recommend the Deutsche Post, Germany's only universal provider of postal services, is part of Deutsche Post DHL, the world's leading mail and logistics Group. A nominal additional shipping fee is applied to a split package.

If you think you can place a less shipping fee by ordering more than one instrument, please contact us before you push the shopping cart button. Otherwise we will split your orders into 2 packages if that is the fastest way to get your order to you.


Shipping and Handling Charges
the shipping rates are adopted from German Postage Calculator, by Deutsche Post.  

The handling charges are 5 Euro for all packing materials like wrapping goods and cartons.

Please check products for shipping notes as you shop, to ensure that items can be shipped internationally. In general, very large items has another rates to be sent outside of Germany.

Countries that are not listed in our checkout process are not available for receiving orders.
