1. payment method

 

PayPal, Western Union, Bank transfer (wire transfer)

For all PayPal payers, we kindly request all clients to pay the Paypal transfer fees at 4%, because Santoori pays all the handling and packing fees for you.

Western Union and bank transfer payers do not need to pay extra fees.

 

2. Total amount of your instrument (all inclusive)
 

1. The price of the instrument you see in the webpage
2. Money transfer fees, in the case you pay via PayPal (4% of the value of the instrument you buy)
3. Shipping fees (we deliver our instruments world wide so please kindly ask us for shipping rate to your country)
4. Santoori will assume the whole Handling and packing fees for you.

 

3. Delivery of your instrument
 

We normally deliver your goods (instrument, accessories, etc.) 24 hours after we got your payment or on the same day of money arrival. Then as soon as we have sent your instrument you will get an email with the tracking link or tracking number. Please ask us, if you didn't get any email from us after this time
 

4. Duration of transit time

 

Depending on your country it can take 4-5 days if you are from an EU country, 2 weeks or more if you are from USA etc.
 

Expect delays in the case when the import hub of your country have strict security controls. But generally we recommend to use the website of German Post DHL for the duration of transit time. We deliver our goods only thru Deutsche Post DHL.

 

 

 

5. Two weeks Money Back Guarantee

 

In the case you got your instrument and you were not happy, Santoori offers 2 weeks money back guarantee from the date you got your instrument.

 

Very important: Please note that Santoori will refund the price of the instrument and not the shipping fees. So please gently take your time for your purchase and kindly ask us for every thing you may need to know.
