1. instrument fees
 

- depending on that the instrument should be sent from Iran or Germany there are two prices for the same product. I you want to pay less money we can deliver the instrument from Iran. Through transporting the instruments to Germany will have to pay surcharges like import tax, transport to Germany etc. that's why the instruments from our German stock are more expensive than our instruments from Iranian stock.

2. Shipping fees

 

The shipping fees are not fixed prices. That was why we deactivated our shopping cart system because of many troubles. Depending on your country and your instrument the shipping rate are determined by the following site of DHL:

3. Total fees

 

- The total amount is what you pay for instrument and shipping.
- Santoori will assume the whole Handling and packing fees for you.
- Santoori will not charge you with hidden costs like unfortunately some other online stores.

- PayPal, Western Union, Bank transfer (wire transfer)
 

5. Delivery of your instrument
 

We normally deliver your goods (instrument, accessories, etc.) within 24-48 hours after we got your payment. Please ask us for the tracking link or tracking number.
 

6. Duration of transit time

 

Depending on your country it can take 4-5 days if you are from an EU country, 2 weeks or more if you are from a 3rd or 4th zone countries.
 

Expect delays in the case when the import hub of your country have strict security controls. But generally we recommend to use the website of German Post DHL for the duration of transit time. We deliver our goods only thru Deutsche Post DHL.

 

5. Two weeks Money Back Guarantee

 

In the case you got your instrument and you were not happy, Santoori offers 2 weeks money back guarantee from the date you got your instrument. This guarantee applies to all purchased instruments from our German stock.

 

Very important: Please note that Santoori will refund the price of the instrument and not the shipping fees. So please gently take your time for your purchase and kindly ask us for every thing you may need to know. We would like to offer you our professional consultation over phone, email or video conference via Skype so that you can do a secure purchase.
